My ratings aren't on my new phone

Ratings sync through your own private iCloud. Check you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on both devices. You can also export a backup from Settings in the app and restore it on the other device.

The tuner doesn't hear anything

The tuner needs microphone access. Open the iPhone Settings app, go to Privacy & Security › Microphone › Slakee, and turn it on. Audio never leaves your phone.

Where is my backup file?

In the Files app, under On My iPhone › Slakee.

Can a tuning damage my guitar?

It can. Tuning any string above the pitch your instrument is set up for adds tension, and too much can break strings or harm the instrument. Slakee shows where the notes fall; it cannot know what your guitar, neck or strings can take. If you have any doubt, ask a luthier before you try a tuning.
